Transaction Coordinator for the Regala Team Born and raised in Maryland, Colleen has lived in the state for virtually her entire life except for a stint as a “Navy wife” when she enjoyed travelling and residing in Florida, Texas, Virginia, Greece and New York. Those years helped to provide her with extensive experience moving as she has owned ten homes and relocated fifteen times.

Colleen is a graduate of Towson University and pursued a highly successful career, in addition to raising three children (now grown), as Manager of the Mid-Atlantic Region for a multinational IT training company where she was responsible for strategic planning, scheduling, facilities and personnel management as well as day-to-day operations for several area training centers. Faced with the prospect of having to leave Maryland and relocate to Northern Virginia for work, Colleen chose instead to enter the Real Estate profession in 2002.

Colleen has been the Transaction Coordinator for the Regala Team for the past seven years and is a licensed REALTORÒ and Associate Broker. She is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Senior Housing Specialist, and has earned the E-Pro designation.
